DHS Legal and Experian team are still finalizing terms and conditions, and Business Associate Addendum (BAA). We do not anticipate having these finalized to establish the permanent contract by 10/1/18.

The asset verification services are a requirement of the federal government. We had to have a system in place by 12/31/2017 the reason for the EP request. Services must continue and the extension allows us to have services as the negotiations continue.
